Gift Guide: Splurge-Worthy Luxury Gift Ideas – Abigail Nora

Hello! It’s gift guide week on A Little Leopard! All week I’m sharing my hand-selected gift picks in curated categories. Check them all out in the holiday guide.

My Instagram bio says “champagne taste on a tap water budget”… well today, I’m indulging the champagne taste side of that. Look, one day I’d absolutely love to be able to give my mom the Balenciaga bag she’s been lusting after forever. Sorry, mom, not this year… but in the meantime, a girl can dream. Or make gift guides reflecting that dream. So, if you have the funds, here are my favorite luxury gift ideas for those extra special people in your life:

Free People Holiday Body Basket: This gift set basically guarantees the best beauty sleep of your life, thanks to a silk eye mask and pillowcase, jade roller, tea, beauty oil and “dream serum.” I am also completely obsessed with that custom constellation tumbler, which is exclusively available in Free People’s gift sets. Though if someone wants to drop $275 on the Wellness Set for me, I really wouldn’t mind…

Saint Laurent Monogramme Blogger Bag: This chic bag of the moment is a feature on multiple bloggers’ wish lists, fittingly enough.

Byredo Gypsy Water and Le Labo Santal 33: Your recipient will smell like an it-girl thanks to these luxe perfumes. Bonus: they’ll also improve her Instagram game.

Diptyque Cosmic Seasonal Candle Trio: Unicorns and dragons and phoenixes, oh my! Diptyque’s holiday set this year is mystical, magical and sure to add sparkle to any decor.

Pop and Suki Personalized Camera Bags: If Saint Laurent is out of your price range but you still want to splurge on a great bag, look no further than Pop and Suki. The line was launched by British It Girls Poppy James and Suki Waterhouse in 2016 and is totally “cheeky chic” (to borrow Vogue’s words).

SoulCycle x Le Labo Travel Kit: Equinox may have pioneered the “good products in the locker room” thing, but SoulCycle is finally catching up by partnering with Le Labo (see perfume, above). Unfortunately, smuggling the bergamot-scented products out in one of those free plastic bags is (probably) discouraged. No, really, apparently this is a thing people did with Kiehl’s at Equinox…or maybe I’m thinking of a Broad City sketch? Anyway, SoulCycle saved you the trouble and released a travel set of the new Le Labo products, perfect for the fitness junkie/jetsetter on your list with expensive taste.

Oribe Gold Lust Collection: Speaking of really good, really expensive beauty products, this set includes Oribe’s cult-favorite Gold Lust shampoo, conditioner and hair oil.

Madewell Ultimate Leather Jacket: live in my leather jacket. They’re truly an ultra-versatile wardrobe staple, and a real version would be a great splurge gift for any girl on your list (as long as they’re not vegan, I guess).

25th Anniversary Edition Touche Eclat: YSL Touche Eclat is a cult favorite for a reason and one of my hero products. It’s a magic little pen and I’m obsessed with the packaging on the 25th anniversary edition.

La Mer The Moisturizing Soft Cream: Full disclosure: I’ve never actually tried La Mer. I’m afraid to use this sample I got once because I worry I’ll fall in love…because apparently it is very much worth all the hype. So if you need a luxe gift for a beauty junkie, well, you can’t do much better than La Mer.

Jonathan Adler Secrets Container: I think Jonathan Adler’s container series is one of the best things he’s ever done, and the black and white means they’ll work for almost any decor scheme.
