Jenna Kincaid is busy. In addition to her full-time job as associate art director of Lulu & Georgia (with a side of IT work), she owns her own company, The Sweet Petite. Oh, and did I mention she’s just 24 years old and has a super stylish home, to boot?

Uh, yeah.

Jenna and her boyfriend live in an old Craftsman-style house in Bellingham, Wash. that is split into three units. She actually found the apartment on Craigslist, and went to see it despite the listing photos looking “uninviting.” (A valuable lesson for anyone apartment-hunting!) Turns out, the space gets great natural light, and they moved in and filled it with character and personality.

Jenna’s decor style is sort of modern bohemian — her love of green and texture (especially fur) is apparent throughout the space. Working for an amazing home decor company like Lulu & Georgia has to be both a blessing and a curse…a constant source of inspiration (and discounts!), but also probably a frequent source of temptation to redecorate.

“My style is literally always changing. I used to love bold colors and leaned towards bohemian style but these days I prefer things more simple and neutral,” she told The Everygirl. “Mostly, I just try to resist the urge to overhaul my decor completely! And then I try to plan a photo shoot for a look I love to live vicariously through the design. Currently, I’m obsessed with matte black everything so I took spray paint to the majority of the house, including our once gold nightstands—instant makeover!”

The couch belonged to Jenna’s grandparents, and she designed her apartment around it.

Her gallery wall features affordable art from sources like Urban Outfitters.
