The weather is warming up and I don’t know about you, but I’m itching to free my feet from the boots and booties they’ve been trapped in for months. And anyone who has successfully spring-cleaned her closet knows that you basically deserve new shoes as a reward — as long as they spark joy, of course!
I mean, personally, I’d love a pair of those Gucci Princetown fur loafers that have been around for a couple of seasons now, but I’m in no shape to drop almost a grand on a single pair of shoes. Heck, I don’t even spend that much on my rent. Luckily, plenty of retailers like H&M and Forever 21 make super affordable versions of trendy designer shoes. I’ve rounded up five of my favorite spring shoe trends below… and they’re all under $50. So basically, you could buy all five and it would still cost less than one designer pair.
I haven’t found a good Gucci dupe, sadly. Steve Madden makes these, but they’re still $90, so I’m on the hunt for something even more affordable…
But anyway, here are five spring shoe trends that won’t break the bank!
Forever 21 Pearl Slides
Love these. A decent dupe for those Chanel pearl slides (as seen on Jacey Duprie, above) for a fraction of the cost.
H&M Ballet Flats
Getting some serious Miu Miu vibes from these.
ASOS Maggie Flat Mules
They don’t have fur, but these are a great way to try the backless loafer trend.
Target Quilted Slip-On Sneakers
Grab the blush pair for the height of spring athleisure chic.
H&M Satin Slip-Ons
I’ve been super into satiny slip-ons and mules lately and might actually snag these (and those pearl slides) for myself this season… what do you think? Which are your fave? Shop them all below!
