Remember that scene in Clueless where Cher is using her fancy, high-tech (for the 90s) virtual closet to get dressed? Admit it: you were totally jealous and also kind of thought we’d all have a similar wardrobe system in place by now.

Well, we’re sort of getting closer, thanks to Outdoor Voice’s new OV Kit Shop. The new feature on their website allows you to mix and match pieces for your perfect activewear look. It can’t pull pieces already in your closet, but it can help you shop. Plus, it makes perfect sense for an online-only brand to allow consumers to see how different pieces will look together. Now, if they could only figure out a way to let people know how well things will actually fit without having to deal with horrible dressing room lighting or return shipping…

Anyway. Longtime fans of the brand may remember that Outdoor Voices has always offered kits, but these are an improvement in both price and selection. Before, items were pre-selected. You just got to pick size and color. Now, you get to choose exactly what will be in your kit, from almost every product on the site.

As an added bonus, the kits offer slight savings over the price of individual Outdoor Voices items. Just choose from the Rec Kit (everyday wear), Tech Kit (for sweaty activities) or the Studio Kit (for lower-impact indoor workouts like yoga and barre).

Here’s a fun gif from Refinery29 that shows the kit selection process in action:

I love how the original price in the upper right-hand corner changes based on which items you select, showing your total kit savings. Plus, at $100, you’re basically getting a full new workout ensemble for the price of one pair of Lululemon leggings. (I still love you, Lululemon, because you are truly moisture-wicking, but you aren’t exactly cheap.)

I’ve got my eye on the Tech Kit, or maybe the Studio Kit…what do you think? Are you into the OV Kits?
