File under “things we already knew”: The Olsen twins offer up more proof that they’re the coolest and have excellent taste. Plus, half a century for one of the greatest albums of all time and my new favorite app. Hint: it’s good for my closet, but potentially terrible for my wallet.
+ I need to get back to Los Angeles and visit the Elizabeth and James store in The Grove. Not only is it full of wishlist-worthy clothes, but found items and cool shit picked out by Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen themselves. They walked Coveteur through their current favorites in the store and, no surprise to anyone, they have really great taste. It’s all very effortlessly chic, California Cool Girl, and I want to go to there. In the meantime, here are some of my Elizabeth and James favorites that are available for purchase online:
+ Street art has popped up around my neighborhood to mark the 50th Anniversary of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band and also remind me how much I love The Beatles. The album was released on May 26 in the UK and June 2 in the US, and you can listen to the deluxe version with a new stereo mix and unreleased studio sessions on Spotify now.
+ I’m super excited about the launch of Who What Wear’s new shopping app, aptly named SHOP/Who What Wear. It’s basically like shopping a fashion editor’s closet… but with plenty of real-girl-budget friendly pieces. Namely: a robust under-$100 section, including items from Who What Wear’s own Target collection. Learn more and download the app here.
