When I imagine my dream workspace, I basically just picture the Create + Cultivate office in Los Angeles. If you’re not familiar, Create + Cultivate is a conference and digital platform for female creators, bloggers and entrepreneurs. It was founded in 2012 by Jaclyn Johnson, who was also named to Forbes 30 Under 30 for her work in the digital and marketing space (aka the very definition of #girlboss).

I attended their Chicago conference last year, and it was filled to the brim with inspiring (and highly Instagrammable!) moments. Their office? Similarly inspiring and Instagrammable…but of course. I mean, just look at this space!

Lately, I have been very into these leather butterfly chairs. They’re very LA-cool, aren’t they? The play of textures here (leather, wood, sheepskin, plant life) works wonderfully to create this little hangout and seating vignette.

This wallpaper is everything I need and more. I’m convinced it would work in virtually any space. The shelf styling doesn’t even have to work that hard since the backdrop is so dramatic on its own.

An office with a rooftop deck? Sign me up!

There are moodboards throughout the office for inspiration.

More dramatic wallpaper, this time in Jaclyn’s office…and one of my favorite CB2 chairs!

I’m a sucker for anything neon, like this custom sign that greets everyone who walks in the door.

Backdrops like the cactus one behind this desk often appear at Create + Cultivate conferences — Jaclyn’s boyfriend creates them!

Another view of that glorious conference room wallpaper…not to mention the marble tulip table. My meetings would be so much better with a table like that.

I don’t think I would ever tire of working in this space. It’s welcoming, well-designed, but also totally inspires employees to get shit done. Or at least, it’s inspiring me to get shit done right now… and I want to steal the look for myself. Luckily, that’s entirely possible:

What do you think of Create + Cultivate’s space? Let me know in the comments!
